10. Notes Page
Open from the Note menu to manage general notes, reminders, instructions, and shared reference information.
Layout
- New Note: Starts a blank note in the editor panel.
- Search Box: Searches notes by title, creator name, or note snippet.
- All Filter: Shows every note you are allowed to view.
- Private Filter: Shows your private notes and notes shared specifically with you.
- Shared Filter: Shows public notes.
- Notes List: Displays note title, short snippet, creator, last update time, and privacy badge.
- Content Panel: Shows the selected note, editor, or empty welcome message.
Creating A Note
- Open.
- Press New Note.
- Enter a title.
- Choose a visibility option.
- Write the note content in the rich text editor (TinyMCE editor).
- Press Save Note.
Visibility Options
| Option | Meaning |

Private (Only Me) | Only the note creator can view the note. |
Share with Specific Users | Only the creator and selected users can view the note. |
Public (Everyone) | All users with access to the Notes page can view the note. |
When Share with Specific Users is selected, you must choose at least one user in Select Users to Share With.
Viewing Notes
- Select a note from the left list to open it.
- The note header shows the privacy badge, creator, last update time, and shared users when applicable.
- The note body displays the saved rich text content.
Editing And Deleting
- Only the note creator can edit or delete a note.
- Use Edit to update the title, content, visibility, or shared users.
- Use Delete only when the note is no longer required.
- The system asks for confirmation before deleting a note.
JSON Download
Use JSON to download the selected note metadata and content as a .json file. This is useful for backup, support review, or moving note content outside the system.
Good Practices
- Use clear titles so notes are easy to search later.
- Keep private notes for personal reminders and shared/public notes for team reference.
- Do not store passwords or sensitive financial details in general notes.
- Review shared users before saving a note that contains internal instructions.
- Update old notes instead of creating duplicates for the same topic.
