2. Enquiry Module Overview

The Enquiry module captures customer requirements before a formal quotation is prepared.

Menu: Enquiry → New | List

Product type selection

When you start a new enquiry, choose the Product Type:

The system opens the matching enquiry form.

Enquiry list filters

Open Enquiry List and click the Filter icon to filter by:

Click Filter to apply or Clear to reset.

Typical user flow

  1. Create enquiry — enter customer, box specs, paper combination.
  2. Review / approve — manager approves enquiry if required.
  3. Generate quotation — open quotation screen from enquiry (Box Quotation, etc.).
  4. Submit quotation — system saves rates and redirects to quotation view.
  5. Approve quotation — from Quotation list when ready for sales.
