Thermal Printer Configuration Tips
- Driver Page Size: Ensure your thermal printer driver (TVS RP 3200, Zebra ZD230, TSC TE244, Citizen CL-S621) is configured to match the exact roll size (e.g.
Width: 104mm, Height: 25mmfor 50x25 2-ups). - Browser Margins: In the browser print dialog (Ctrl+P / Cmd+P), expand More Settings and set Margins to 'None'.
- Scale Setting: Keep Scale at 100% or 'Fit to printable area'.
- Darkness / Density: For direct thermal paper, set printer darkness to 8-10 to prevent barcode bleeding.
Choosing the Right Symbology
- Code 128: The universal high-density industrial standard. Supports uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Highly recommended for internal SKU and inventory tracking.
- EAN-13: International 13-digit standard for retail POS scanning in India and worldwide (GS1 registered).

Pro-Tip for Fast Printing
You don't need to manually duplicate rows for multiple stickers. Simply set the Qty column to 10, and the generator will automatically print 10 consecutive barcode labels for that product!
